Inquire and apply for Insurance Cover for the duration of your stay abroad to cover for medical emergencies, emergency repatriation needs and/or death when abroad.
Nationals should make sure that their travel documents are valid to avoid issues of illegal overstay which may result in imprisonment, deportation, travel ban and penalty fees.
Nationals should be informed about necessary documents needed to transit between countries and those needed at the destination’s port of entry. These may include amongst others, Passport, vaccination card, insurance cover, proof of hotel bookings, resident/work permits, relevant visas (transit/entry) etc.
