Where can I apply for Visa?

Apply at  https://evisa.gov.bw

 

What is required for application of this service?

• Dully completed application form attached with colored photograph(scanned)
• Copies of the first two pages of the passport
• Travel itinerary
• Hotel bookings/Letter from host
• Letter of recommendation from the host(If on Business Trip)
• Application letter(letter explaining trip details)
• If previously applied for a visa,attach a copy of the outcome

 

 

Who is elegible?

All citizens of Commonwealth countries do not require visa except those from Bangladesh, Cameron,Ghana,India,Nigeria, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Foreign Antional whose countries have signed a Visa Abolition Agreement  with Botswana are also not required to apply for a visa.

 

N.B.Those who have permits but decide to stay outside the country for more than six months are required to apply for a visa when they return to Botswana
